GENERAL INFORMATION

  • All entries to be in by 2.00pm at the Sofala Showground Saturday 24 February.
  • Pickup depot – Pigments & Palettes, 239 Russell St, Bathurst artworks to be at depot by Thursday 22 February and collected on Tuesday 27 February.
  • NO SLIDES.
  • Prints that do not comply with the categories listed below will not be accepted or displayed.
  • LARGE PRINTS – 10"x8" or 12"x8". SMALL PRINTS – 6"x4" or 6"x8" or 7"x5". Large & small prints to be JUDGED SEPARATELY.
  • NO FRAMED PRINTS – Except in Historical Section.
  • MOUNTED PRINTS – Photos may be mounted on cardboard no thicker than 2mm and no wider than 4cm around the photo.
  • SNAPSHOTS must not be mounted.
  • All photos must be clearly identified with name & category printed on the back of each entry.
  • All Childrens entries must have name & age.

Entry Fee

  • $0.50 for small prints.
  • $1.00 for large prints.
  • Primary school students – Free.
